Laura Kreuger-Najera | Director
Laura grew up in the Bay Area, where she helped her family manage their growing real estate investment portfolio. In 2011 she earned her Real Estate Salespersons license and then went on to receive her Brokers license in 2016. In 2014, she entered the short term rental market and welcomed her first guest in a unit behind her home- this listing went on to have a nearly 0% vacancy rate in the first year.
As an early adopter in the Silicon Valley Airbnb arena, Laura started her short term rental journey when very few had heard of Airbnb let alone hosted guests in 2014. What started as a side hobby soon grew into a large business- Laura helped friends and family members open new listings and began purchasing additional properties to grow her own portfolio.
After almost a decade in the short term rental experience, Laura now supports new and established hosts take their listing to new heights. She is one of two Airbnb Community Leaders in Silicon Valley and was invited to the pilot Co-Host community by Airbnb when it launched in California. With an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University, a full service long term property management business, and a team behind her, Laura leads Asset Locale’s Short Term rental management business.

Bringing over fifteen years of expertise in residential property management, Elisabeth specializes in the dynamic Bay Area market. Since 2007, her warm, friendly, and trustworthy demeanor has driven her reputation for excellence in the industry.
Elisabeth finds joy in fostering enduring relationships with clients and residents, viewing genuine connections as pivotal to effective property management. Through her commitment to understanding individual needs, she cultivates trust and collaboration, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties. Accounting Assistant
Janine supports the entire Asset Locale family with countless back office tasks. Prior to joining our team, she was a customer service representative for 7 years and worked in administrative and quality assurance for an additional 3 years. Her focus is assisting in accounting, data entry and office management, yet she lends a hand to all, keeping everything on track and organized through her exceptional time management skills.
When she’s not working, Janine loves to learn other languages and is currently studying Spanish in her spare time. She enjoys hiking and going to the beach when she travels.
